(b) Guar Gum Powder - food grade - medium and high viscosity :

Guar gum powder processing using “Good Manufacturing Practices” (GMP) is approved for edible use and is included in the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). It is a natural product approved as a direct food additive by the WHO/FAO, and in the US by FDA regulation 121.104 – Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS). In Europe, Guar gum is approved under E-412.

Food grade Guar gum products are free from any preservatives and pathological micro organism. According to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) bodies of various countries and the world bodies on Food and Drug Administration, these have been approved as Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) additives for food.
